TOWIE's Fran Parman has shed a remarkable two stone since filming for the reality show's 10th anniversary special.
The 29-year-old explained that cruel trolling had tainted her experience on the reunion episode, which saw her reunite with ex Diags.
Chatting tonight with Stephen Leng and fellow TOWIE star Bobby Norris on FUBAR Radio's Access All Areas, Fran told: "I thought, 'yeah I'm going to be back with everyone. I can't wait to see everyone'. And then all of a sudden that picture come up and I thought, 'oh god I've put on a little bit of weight'.
"I didn't realise how much I'd put on because I was wearing so many baggy clothes. I looked at it, thought nothing of it. Then I see that there were so many comments, nasty comments. I thought, 'hang on a minute, I've only put on a little bit of weight'.

"Why is it anyone's business and why does everyone care so much?"
She added: "It's not OK to be like that to people. It's such a shame that we have to go through this. We're nice people and we don't deserve it. We do not deserve it."
Despite the negativity, Fran's "focusing on healing at the minute and being a better version of myself."

Of her weight loss, she continued: "I want to lose a little bit more weight. I've lost two stone now. If I'm determined, focused and I want something, I'll get it."
Bobby himself recently unveiled his own jaw-dropping fitness transformation.
He wrote on Instagram : "Recently I have been working on something very special and today I am extremely excited showcase the big 'reveal'. I honestly can't believe how different I look! But it's about so much more than that. I've never had a great relationship with body image, sports & fitness.

"It's been a part of my life where I lacked lots of confidence, but then I was fortunate enough to meet @IamScottHarrison and joined his programme @TheSixPackRevolution and it's changed my life forever in so many ways."
Bobby added that he's seen a huge benefit to his mental health as well.
