Stacey Solomon is taking a break from social media after her grandmother was admitted to hospital.
The Loose Women star, 30, recently opened up about her gran being ill – telling fans she was desperate to hug her but was staying positive.
However, she's now updated her loyal followers to tell them her beloved nan is in hospital and she's decided to step away from social media to spend the weekend helping her mum.
In a candid post on Instagram, Stacey posted a picture of her dog and wrote: "Just had an update on Grandma.
"She's doing ok and being looked after so well at the hospital. Thank you all so much for asking after her.
"It means the world. I'm going to spend the weekend helping my mum get things together and in place so I'll be off my stories.

"I love you all to the moon and back and I can't wait to see all of you Monday if all goes well.

Stacey previously revealed it was "really scary" when her grandma became ill this week.
The TV favourite wrote: "Sorry I've been so quiet, my grandma isn't very well. Last night was really scary but looking much more positive this morning so we are all hoping and praying for the best…"

Stacey is trying to remain positive for the sake of her children Zachary, Leighton and Rex.
Speaking about her pain over not being able to visit, she continued: "We aren't allowed to visit obviously because of lockdown and as much as we are desperate to give her a cuddle we hope we won't need to visit."
She told her followers in a sad message on Instagram
The social media star can't wait to give her grandma a birthday hug next month.
She concluded: "We are thinking of you grandma ALWAYS, and hoping and praying that when this lockdown is over we can safely come and celebrate your birthday with you next month…"
She added: "For now, I'm going to keep myself busy as much as possible and think happy thoughts…"
