A parent was left crying in shock after discovering the incredible gift his son had given him.
Social media star Jamie Nyland surprised his father, Richard, by paying off the rest of his mortgage so he could retire early.
Jamie, who lives in Gloucestershire, has over 2.3 million followers on TikTok and thousands of subscribers on YouTube, shared the emotional moment he told his dad the big news.
In a video that's been watched over two million times on TikTok, the 24-year-old walks into his dad's bedroom and chucks a set of house keys at his father.
Confused, Richard catches them and asks why he's given them to him.
"I've just paid off your mortgage," replies Jamie.

"No you haven't," the dad responds, thinking it's some kind of prank.
"I've paid off your mortgage," he repeats. "I've literally just rang up the bank and paid off every single penny left on your mortgage, you now own this whole house."
Richard shakes his head in bemusement.
"I swear," Jamie adds. "You've worked your whole life and I've just paid off your whole house for you so now you can actually retire."

When asked why he did that, the son responds "because I love you".
His dad proceeds to shed a few tears, explaining that he's so emotional and that he loves him as well.
"I just can't take it from you," he says. "You're the best son in the world that you can have."
Jamie is quick to tell him that it's what he deserves before Richard adds that to repay him the house will one day belong to him as well and he'll be set for life
"It's in the will, the house is yours, what's mine is yours and I love you too so much."
In the video comments Jamie explained how he managed to afford it.
He wrote: "For everyone asking 'how' – I did Vine for four years and I've done YouTube for 10 years. It's been my only goal. I'm so thankful for everything."
Thousands of people responded to praise his hard work and kind gesture.
One person replied: "Every parent will wish to have a son like that. Bless."
Another said: "Such a beautiful father and son like OMG, such an amazing thing to do."
"OMG I'm not crying (honest). What a guy," added a third.
Someone else commented: "Damn man you have a huge heart, I love it."
