Charlotte Dawson has revealed that she has been suffering from Braxton Hicks ahead of her due date this month.
The former Celebs Go Dating star, 28, is soon to welcome her first baby with fiancé Matt Sarsfield, and it hasn’t been an easy pregnancy by any measure.
The reality TV star took to Instagram on Thursday to tell her followers that she’s been experiencing pain and that the doctors have put it down to Braxton Hicks – which occurs when the womb contracts and relaxes.
Sometimes they are known as false labour pains, and not all, but most women experience the pains in their third trimester.
Posing in a black lingerie set, Charlotte looked radiant in the mirror selfie as she cradled her now huge bump.

The flame-haired babe let her natural beauty shine through in her latest offering as she went make-up free for the gorgeous snap.
Charlotte admitted that she was nervous, yet excited, in her caption.
“I’ve had braxton hicks all day I think they are and a few pezza pains does that mean it’s soon,” she penned.

“So nervy but so excited.
“How is all my beltin followers feeling? My last few weeks I’ve been drained and so hormonal. Love you all.”
Earlier this week, Charlotte, who is expecting a baby boy with her fiancé, shared her worries about giving birth alone amid the recent national lockdown announcement.

In a lengthy Instagram post, she explained that she is "scared" that she will have to give birth alone as her partner may not be allowed in the labour room with her because of Covid restrictions.
"I’m scared they won’t allow the one person in the labour room anymore,” she wrote.

Before adding: "It’s scary having a baby in a pandemic and not having more of the help we would normally get with classes etc now the thought of giving birth on my own terrifies me I hope they don’t change it.”
Charlotte and Matthew announced their pregnancy in August.
The bubbly star has not had the easiest of pregnancies, having been diagnosed with gestational diabetes – which is high blood sugar that develops during pregnancy and usually disappears after giving birth.
