Bruno Fernandes is continuing his role as a leader within Manchester United ’s squad, after he was spotted given new boy Amad Diallo some words of advice.
The 18-year-old has finally been able to join up with his United teammates after his long-awaited arrival in England.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side agreed a fee with Atalanta back in the summer, but work permit issues meant he was made to wait.
Those were ironed out and despite the Italians wanting to keep hold of him, Diallo flew into Manchester earlier this month.

Despite playing just a handful of senior matches, the winger has been instantly thrown into first-team training at Carrington.
He’s joined the likes of Marcus Rashford, Paul Pogba and Fernandes. And in footage released by the club, the Portuguese superstar was seen talking to Diallo, ahead of a small sided game.
And he appeared to instantly take any advice on board, throwing himself around, with Solskjaer hoping he can adapt to the hustle and bustle of English football quickly.
Asked about his first impressions of Diallo, the United boss said: “Very good. He can handle the ball, he’s enjoyed training and makes a difference in training, which is quite remarkable at his age.
“[He’ll need] some adjustment to settle into the hustle and bustle of the physical part of the Premier League. I can’t see it being too long until he’s in the squad.”

As for Fernandes, it’s not the first time that his influence on the training ground has been singled out.
Aaron Wan-Bissaka detailed the key role the former Sporting man plays on a daily basis, adding to his unbelievable performances on the pitch.
“Bruno helps everyone – on and off the pitch,” he said, earlier this month. “He tells me before the game what he thinks I should do and which positions he thinks I should get into when he gets the ball, and where I should be.
“He has done it with the other players, and I can see that, along with the impact that he has made.”
