Kate Lawler has opened up some of the more painful side effects of her pregnancy in a candid Instagram video.
The Big Brother winner, 40, is expecting her first baby with fiancé Martin later this year.
Since announcing her happy news to fans last September, Kate has been busy documenting the highs and lows of her pregnancy on social media.
After spending the day filming, a frank Kate admitted to her followers: "I have got the sorest knockers I've ever had.

"It feels like somebody is stabbing me in my breasticles with a sharp bread knife and it's not very pleasant. It really isn't.
"So yeah, that and I'm really badly constipated," Kate told the camera.
"I've got no more bum grapes though so that's good!" she added in the blunt chat.
Kate's hubby-to-be Martin then walked into shot prompting the Virgin Radio DJ to ask "Babe do you still fancy me?"

In November last year, Kate revealed that she and partner Martin are expecting a baby girl with their daughter due to arrive in February.
Kate shared a sweet video to share the news accompanied by the Beyoncé track Run The World (Girls).
She captioned the clip: "My long term plan to assume total control over the household is nearly complete (Just kidding).
"We are both delighted to share with you all, that we are having a little girl. Happy Sunday everyone."
Kate has also shared some of the less positive times with her online fan base.
Earlier this month the mum-to-be took to Instagram in tears as she wished for the pandemic to be over in an emotional video.

Kate said she was heartbroken to have not seen her parents for months and that lockdown restrictions were beginning to take a toll.
Reflecting on her current plight, Kate said "I miss my mum and dad" before declaring "this pandemic can seriously do one."
Kate wiped tears from her face as she spoke into the camera about how low she was feeling.

She captioned the video: "I'm blaming hormones for crying over a moses basket stand".
Kate late returned to the site to thank fans for their messages of support and said her tears were down to "raging hormones and missing loved ones."
