Ashley Cain said he couldn't stop crying looking at pictures and videos of his late daughter Azaylia.
Little Azaylia, who was born in August last year, died after she battled a rare form of aggressive leukaemia.
Her heartbreaking story touched hearts all over the nation and everyone was devastated at her tragic death.
Filming for fans on social media, Ashley fought back the tears when he delivered an update on the "difficult day".
Mourning, the reality star revealed he felt "crippled" by his grief in a devastating piece to camera.
He said: "Today has been a difficult day. As much as you see me out… Like pfft I sit in my living room.

"Hours, two hours staring at a wall. I feel crippled. I keep seeing, looking at pics and watching videos and crying…
"Some days you stop in your tracks can't stop and think of anything else, can't pick yourself up and I feel like today is one of those days for me. I'm gunna sit here."
Ashley and his girlfriend Safiyya Vorajee have been leaning on each other at this difficult time in their lives.
Recently, Safiyya told fans of their bond: "Yes, we're very strong. We're dealing with so much right now, but we always got each other."

Also sharing her grief, the mum admitted every day gets harder after the tragic loss of her baby girl.
She told fans: "I never know how to answer this question but I am feeling like every day it's getting harder to get used to what happened.
"Every day feels like I am being tortured mentally but I am taking small steps. I know I have to do this and keeping Azaylia's name alive is key.
"Azaylia's charity is so important I know it will help me once her charity is up and running because this way I'll be able to help as many people and I can. She is my hero."

Hundreds of people lined the streets in Nuneaton for the funeral after Azaylia's story moved everyone across the globe.
The parents broke down in tears saying goodbye to their daughter.
Safiyya and Ashley had raised £1.5million in donations to fly Azaylia to Singapore for special treatment but further complications showed it was not possible.
They made the most of their time they had with little Azaylia.
The proud parents have been sharing their grief with their loyal following on social media.
