Michelle Heaton has given fans an update to say she is feeling blessed and healthy after getting meeting up with her therapist following her recent stay at a rehab centre.
The 41-year-old Liberty X star checked in to the Priory in April after struggling with alcohol and health issues during lockdown.
She had a follow up meeting with her therapist at the Priory on Monday and has given fans an update on her condition – and urged others who feel they are struggling to find local help.
The star was out for a walk in a sun soaked woodland area while walking her dog, Bella, when she gave fans an update.

Addressing the camera, she said: “I just wanted to say that I feel so much better today than I did do last week.
“I visited my home Priory yesterday and got to see my therapist and some of the guys I was in there with, looking great.
“They are leaving today some of them and I wish them all the best.”
She continued: “I just wanted to say thank you for everyone’s support out there. I feel like I’m in this new exclusive club, it’s really bizarre. The people that are reaching out to me, my friends from the past and present.

“You never know what somebody’s going through and if you need help out there, just reach out and ask for it. There is so much help. And I feel so blessed.”
Michelle has revealed that friends – led by Katie Price – rallied around to help fund her trip to the Priory earlier this year as she sought help and spent a month at the facility after spiralling into a drink and drug addiction.
She revealed last month: "I texted Katie while I was in The Priory, ‘You saved my life’. Because The Priory did save my life…
"I was crying out for help when I couldn’t actually ask for help. But when you’re an addict, it feels like there’s no way out."
Michelle urged others who are feeling low to seek out help
Recalling the moment she was taken to get help, Michelle said: "I was shaking and I was crying. I was intoxicated. Katie Price said, 'Right, you’re going to The Priory’'
"My first instinct was ‘Thank God’. I never asked for help but they could see I needed it.
"Over the next 48 hours my manager, Katie, my husband and my best friends did it all for me. When Katie, who’s been through the fire and come out the other end says, 'You need this', you sit up and listen."
