Former EastEnders actor Shaun Williamson was spotted serenading football fans at Boxpark Croydon ahead of England's opening game of Euro 2020 against Croatia.
Just before the long-awaited football match kicked off, Shaun Williamson – who notably played the role of Barry Evans on EastEnders – warmed the crowd up by taking over the stage and holding his very own concert.
The 55-year-old TV personality was filmed while singing “Mustang Sally” – a lesser-known football anthem – to the apparent delight of the football fans present.
The fans sported the English home shirt as they clapped and sung along to Shaun’s powerful vocals

The actor was not hard to spot as he chose to wear a marine blue suit over a pink shirt, as opposed to his national colours of white and red.
He did, however, very proudly wave the English flag.
Shaun’s amusing performance was followed by England’s emotional national anthem, as Gareth Southgate’s men were seen taking a knee before kick-off.
Fans watching the game from Croydon Boxpark’s screens applauded the gesture, which has become an active symbol and stance against racism.
The popular venue – which developed its reputation as the favourite spot for football fans to watch England’s World Cup games since the summer of 2018 – was completely sold out.

It was therefore no wonder that the former EastEnders star chose the prominent location to sing at the top of his lungs in front of hundreds of viewers who were undeniably very excited for the special event.
Despite Croydon Boxpark’s restrictions due to Covid-19 social distancing rules, the atmosphere appeared to be just as vibrant.
Shaun’s strong stage presence was unsurprisingly entertaining, as the actor has a strong background performing in stage roles.
The actor and father-of-three has played in various productions such as in the West End run and UK tour of Saturday Night Fever, as well as Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, Aladdin and more.

Despite his long list of achievements within the entertainment industry, Shaun revealed in January that he had joined MTV’s new reality TV show, “Celebs on the Farm”, in order to pay his mortgage off.
“I'm a divorcee, so I've got a mortgage on a second house, so my career plan is just to have fun, enjoy myself, and survive financially,” the actor explained.
The iconic British TV star divorced from his first wife to his former manager Melanie, after 16 years of marriage.
He remarried in 2018 to Adele Seager.
