EastEnders actress Lorraine Stanley is famed for playing Karen Taylor in the hit BBC soap.
However back in 2004, she made her debut appearance on the show in a special episode that told the story of Laila Morse's character Big Mo's feud with Pat Butcher – played by Pam St Clement.
Some fans of EastEnders will be surprised to find out that Lorraine was cast in the instalment that went back in time.
The episode showed a series of flashbacks that saw the two iconic character in their younger days.
In one scene, Lorraine was seen playing the part of a younger Big Mo – who married Pat's brother Jimmy – alongside Emma Cooke taking up the role of a youthful Pat.
Lorraine, 44, looked totally different in an over the top wedding dress with her hair in an up-do that featured a short fringe across her forehead.

The clips prove that Lorraine is able to transform for any role as she pulled off a chic style worlds away from the usually scruffy character she dons as busy mum Karen on Albert Square.
Lorraine's character Karen is known for her unkempt hair and scruffy clothes but is a far cry from her on-screen persona on social media.

In May when she delighted fans when she debuted her new blonde hair.
In the Instagram post, where Lorraine showed off her sleek new do, Lorraine thanked her hairdresser as she opened up about being 'all natural' in the make-up-free snap.

"Ooh Betty! get me back to blonde,it’s been a while,no make up,all natural….except the bleach," she penned alongside the cheerful snap. "Thankyou @amydavidsonhair for a lovely time in Lincoln,I was a proper tourist with my camera Nancy had fun! lots of love and see you all soon xxx."
In the post, that Lorraine shared with her 145,000 Instagram followers, the actor posed alongside her hairdresser while showing off her locks.

The star was inundated with compliments as fans flocked to hair their approval for Lorraine's new hair.
"Wow you look absolutely beautiful as always and you're hair looks so amazing," added one fan.
"Goddess. Wow,wow,wow…blondes have more fun!" added a second.
