The 51-year-old TV presenter took to Instagram on Tuesday to share some inspiring words with her followers as she got down to business in the gym.
The motivated TV star urged her followers to throw their excuses out the window when it comes to exercise and to work out for their ‘mind’ as well as their body.
Saira looked oozed confidence as she proudly showed off her midriff while donning a crop top and some matching gym leggings which did wonders to accentuate her figure.
Pushing herself in her workout, Saira filmed herself getting stuck into a number of exercises including weighted squats and lunges.
Alongside her latest offering, Saira shared some words of wisdom with her adoring followers.

“Don’t blame it on your age, blame it on your attitude.
“You can – you just gotta give it a go and amaze yourself!
“It’s not about having a perfect body – that does not exist! It’s about having a strong and healthy one. Don’t expect it. Do it.
“Make time for your health. Your body will thank you for it.”

The much-loved star revealed that going through the motions of the menopause wasn’t easy for her, but during it, she learned to put herself first and to practice self-care.
Saira wrote on Instagram: “Going through the menopause is not easy. But ladies at 51 years old, I’ve come to the conclusion that nothing in life is easy, so be prepared to make an effort for yourself.
“The menopause is your body telling you that it is going through ‘change’. So, I’ve had to change my habits and lifestyle too, from being more proactive with my skincare, food choices, activity levels, and lifestyle.

“I am reducing my alcohol intake, watching my weight, and ensuring that I am taking time out to de-stress. Make that time for self-care.
“The menopause is not a disease, it’s not an illness. It’s a condition that every woman will go through.
"I went through the worst symptoms imaginable, hot sweats, depression, driest skin all over my body and emotionally sensitive and loss of libido.”
