This Morning star Heather Bone, who captured the hearts of the nation with her heartbreaking story on Tuesday, appeared on the show again on Wednesday morning.
She had been the caller selected for Dosh on your Doorstep, with Alison Hammond arriving at her door for a pop quiz, and that's when viewers learnt Heather had three months to live after being diagnosed with breast cancer.
She explained she was throwing a farewell party, and This Morning donated an extra £1,000 on top of the £1,000 she won in the quiz.
Heather, 40, has since been flooded with support and donations to her Gofundme account, and she spoke to Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby again on Wednesday.
"I woke up yesterday with my Instagram having 260 followers, and I woke up today with my Instagram following at 32,000 followers," said Heather.
Brave mum Heather said she had been "overwhelmed" by the support
Phil replied: "That's incredible! And I hear you've been up late reading all the messages, because it's been overwhelming?"
"Yes, it's been so overwhelming, I have probably slept about two hours last night, reading all the messages," laughed Heather.
Phil said: "You got a message from Laura Whitmore, Great British Bake Off finalist 2020 Laura Adlington offered to make you a cake, a stranger has offered to make a balloon display for the party.
"Lots of people were asking if you had a Gofundme page, so your sister-in-law set that up. This is one of those things where you think, social media is a good thing."
Heather with her two sons, aged 15 and 16
Heather explained she is having a "farewell" party with her loved ones
Heather replied: "Yes, it's just gone mental, my boy, because they are teenagers, they keep saying, 'Oh my god, mum,' looking at my Instagram, running around the house every time it creeps up by another thousand, it's just gone crazy."
The hosts then asked about Heather's sons, and she explained: "I've got one that's 15 and one who finished school last Friday, he is 16,
"They are alright, my 16 year-old is lot more mature, and I never lied to them from day dot, we have a sit down every day after school to explain things, what is going on.
"My 15-year-old is struggling a little bit, but he will be fine, he will be alright," she said.
Heather proposed to husband David on This Morning in 2012
Heather posted a photo on her Instagram account with Alison after sharing her positive outlook on life
Asked about the party planning, Heather revealed: "It's going well, I just need to wait for hopefully to hopefully not change it, because my family booked up for the 3rd, but then when Boris moved it, it means we can't move the date, so we are having small gathering on the 3rd, and then one with friends on the 31st July."
Heather proposed to her husband David in 2012, and This Morning paid for the ceremony in 2018.
She was also given a special birthday song and message from Craig David, who she is a huge fan of.
