Rio Ferdinand has revealed that Sergio Busquets mocked him during the 2011 Champions League final as Barcelona tore Manchester United to shreds in a 3-1 win for Pep Guardiola's side.
Barcelona captured their second Champions League title in three years by defeating Sir Alex Ferguson's side at Wembley.
United had no answer for Guardiola's Tiki-Taka football, and were often left chasing shadows as Barca passed the ball around them, something Busquets seemed to take great pleasure in.
Speaking during the BBC's coverage of Spain's Euro 2020 semi-final against Italy, Ferdinand revealed he was on the receiving end of some light-hearted ribbing from Busquets during the game.
He explained: "We were here at Wembley in the final and we actually got abused that game by Barcelona, they were brilliant.
"Your confidence is low anyway, you are trying to get the ball back off him.

Speaking after the conclusion of normal time, Shearer heaped praise on the way Busquets controlled the game from the middle of midfield.
