He still remains under investigation in connection with the 21-year-old's disappearance.
The dad appeared at Hull Magistrates Court this morning to deny all the offences – including performing a sex act on himself on Libby's street just 12 days before she vanished.
He is also accused of stealing a "quantity" of sex toys, condoms, knickers and photographs from a home in Hull days before she was last seen.
The alleged burglary – where a laptop, Kindle and speaker were also stolen – is said to have taken place between January 25 and January 28 – Libby vanished on January 31.
Rełowicz also allegedly stole three vibrators from a home on his own street and took a PlayStation 4, a controller and £25 in cash from another house.
Wearing a grey tracksuit, the dad was joined by an interpreter in the dock to also deny observing a person carrying out a "private act" for his own sexual gratification.
All the offences were allegedly carried out between December 1, 2017, and January 28, 2019, in Hull.
District Judge Fred Rutherford said: "The matters are too serious for this court and will be sent to the crown court."
Rełowicz was remanded in custody to appear at the city's crown court on March 11.
12 The chilling timeline of Libby's disappearance
The butcher was arrested at the home he shares with his wife, Jagoda, 24, and two kids on Wednesday after Libby disappeared last month.
Cops were yesterday snapped using specialist infrared cameras mounted on a 20ft pole to check guttering on his home amid hopes she is still alive.
Senior cops are still treating Libby's disappearance as a missing persons inquiry and said their "priority" is finding the student.
After his arrest, Rełowicz's silver Vauxhall Astra was seized by cops and has since been subjected to a thorough forensic examination.
Officers also took away a computer for examination.
Forensic officers concluded their searches on the property yesterday and steel shutters have since been put up on the front door to prevent possible vandalism.
The search for Libby, a second-year philosophy and religion student, 21, who vanished on January 31, continues.

HUNT FOR LIBBY
A huge search was launched after Libby vanished when she was turned away from a nightclub for being too drunk.
The second-year philosophy undergraduate was put in a taxi and was last seen on a park bench near her student digs at 11.45pm.
CCTV footage showed a woman believed to be Libby getting into a car and being driven away at 12.09am.
In separate footage revealed by The Sun, a similar car was seen being driven half a mile away ten minutes later.
A woman living close to where Libby was last seen later described hearing "bloodcurdling screams" at 12.30am – around 20 minutes after she vanished.
After she was reported missing, cops searched a river and pond close to her home but no trace has been found.
Bins, drains and gardens were also combed by officers but searches have so far proved fruitless.
POLICE STILL HOPEFUL
Her parents, Lisa, 48, and Russell, 53, have now travelled from the family home in High Wycombe, Bucks, to Hull.
The couple visited her home close to the university and walked around the area where she was last seen.
Mum Lisa was yesterday seen hugging a police officer as the hunt for her daughter entered its tenth day.
Cops were also seen using a specialist infrared camera on outbuildings close to Libby's home.
The hi-tech gadget is capable of detecting people who may be hidden or partially obscured by cover.
It is also equipped with an audio microphone that allows an operator to listen for signs of a hidden subject.
